Responsibilities

The Manager of Revenue Accounting & Treasury will serve as the subject matter expert for revenue recognition, prepare accounting related financial statements, manage treasury operations and provide additional analysis reports to support Senior Management. This role will ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient cash management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Reviews and/or prepares monthly revenue transactions for entry and posts entries upon approval.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in revenue recognition, collaborating with the revenue cycle and clinical operations leadership teams to collect and evaluate data, conduct joint analyses, and prepare reports.
  • Reviews and verifies the accuracy of revenue records, accounts receivable balances, and corresponding liabilities, reporting any inconsistencies.
  • Prepares general ledger and bank account reconciliations.
  • Assists in analyzing financial reports and records, providing recommendations for the recording of financial transactions.
  • Prepares schedules with supporting documentation for external auditors.
  • Assists in the preparation of financial and operating reports.
  • Interprets and communicates financial reports and results to managers.
  • Conducts or assists in documenting and supporting accounting projects of varying complexity.
  • Supports the Controller and Finance team in analyzing business segments and accounting sub-processes to identify measurable actions that increase revenue, improve profitability, and enhance efficiencies.
  • Assists in maintaining the company's 13-week cash flow model and related forecast by analyzing trends in payables, receipts, and other general ledger activity.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting (required).
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience or training.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end transaction activities across accounting processes.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software.
  • Knowledge of taxation, including income tax, sales & use tax, and property taxes.
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) requirements.
  • Familiarity with internal controls, compliance, and auditing procedures.
