Responsibilities

The Wraparound Supervisor provides best practices, quality clinical services and supervision; complies with TCM/Wrap guidelines as set forth by Department of Mental Health (DMH), ensures all documentation is completed per Payer’s, state licensing agent’s, COA, & HCA’s standards and established guidelines. 

 

  • Communicate with customers, colleagues, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information, and address service barriers.
  • Work closely with Clinical Supervisors and Therapists to ensure medical necessity and coordination of services.  Assist Clinical Supervisors in ensuring that the children and adolescents enrolled in TCM/Wrap receive weekly therapy, Community Support Services (if assigned), Peer Support (if assigned), family therapy, and any other recommended services.
  • Provide at least one hour of supervision per week to assigned Wraparound Facilitators; complete CREST during each supervision.
  • Ensure all assigned Wraparound Facilitators apply for DMH credentialing upon hire and attend all necessary training to provide Wraparound services. 
  • Complete quarterly data reports and submit to DMH by established deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing for any payer, state licensing agent, or COA audits of the TCM/Wrap program. 
  • Will attend and be active part of family team meetings, as needed.
  • Provide individual and family therapeutic interventions, wellness, recovery and resilience activities, and skill building as outlined in the ISP.
  • Implement Health Connect America and DMH approved therapeutic interventions as delineated on the treatment plan with clients and their families.
  • Complete all client documentation within established time frames.
  • Monitor schedules of assigned Wraparound Facilitators to ensure minimum program requirements are met and that the documentation coinciding with these services has been completed.
  • Complete prior authorizations and concurrent reviews for TCM/Wrap. 
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings and monthly family team. meetings if Wraparound Services are involved.
  • Link the client and family with specific services and resources as identified in the treatment plan.
  • Serve as a liaison with other professionals and agencies related to the client.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support for facilitators and clients assigned to caseload as per program requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services discipline, including, but not limited to:  Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, etc.) and 2 years’ experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.) 
  • Must be licensed or hold a MS DMH credential.
