  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Utilize data visualization tools to create and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards for various stakeholders, including executives and department leaders
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and resource utilization by digging into and analyzing complex financial information
  • Drive data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial and operational data used throughout the organization
  • Build custom reporting solutions from the ground up and enhance existing reports to provide stakeholders with the most relevant information.
  • Work with IT and other departments to optimize data collection, storage, and reporting systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to the challenges and reporting needs of the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operations and mission of the company

Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for turning complex data into valuable business insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including the full Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential; you’ll often be the bridge between technical teams, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and hardworking with a strong drive to deliver high-quality results.
  • A baseline knowledge of SQL and experience with healthcare data are strong advantages.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to operate with minimal direction.
  • Naturally curious with a hunger to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve how we work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • Significant experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Power BI or Tableau.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, and Power Pivot.
  • Experience with Alteryx preferred.
