Our Brands

The Senior Clinical Supervisor provides advanced operational and clinical leadership within the program and serves as a seasoned resource for Clinical Supervisors. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, clinically sound services through direct oversight of staff, consultation with other Clinical Supervisors, and support for strategic and quality improvement initiatives. In addition to supporting day-to-day program activities, the Senior Clinical Supervisor offers expert clinical supervision, promotes the use of evidence-based practices, and supports consistency and excellence in service delivery.  You will:

• Staff Management and Development
  1. Assign caseloads and monitor staff capacity within the program.
  2. Conduct onboarding, training, and competency-based development for direct care staff.
  3. Support performance evaluations in collaboration with the Program Director.
  4. Provide clinical supervision to therapists and pre-licensed staff, including licensure supervision as applicable.
  5. Offer mentorship, consultation, and/or direct oversight to Clinical Supervisors across locations, supporting development and consistency in clinical leadership.
• Clinical Leadership
  1. Guide the implementation of evidence-based practices and therapeutic models.
  2. Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  3. Ensure clinical fidelity and documentation compliance.
  4. Lead case consultations, provide advanced clinical oversight, and offer support during high-risk situations.
  5. Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and best practices.
• Program Operations
  1. Assist with oversight of program functioning, including scheduling, coverage, and service coordination.
  2. Facilitate team clinical leadership meetings to support collaboration and standardization.
  3. Ensure program compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Quality Assurance
  1. Participate in and help lead internal audits, quality improvement projects, and corrective action plans.
  2. Support leadership in maintaining high documentation standards and timely service delivery.
  3. Assist in maintaining accreditation and program certifications.
• Financial and Strategic Contributions
  1. Collaborate with Program Director in budget planning and resource allocation.
  2. Participate in strategic planning initiatives and program development.
  3. Contribute to marketing and growth strategies by promoting program quality and consistency.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field required.
• Preferred clinical licensure, such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, with candidates being license-eligible for mental health supervision roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Preferred experience includes clinical oversight across multiple teams or locations within mental health services.
