The Intake Coordinator II is responsible for supporting advanced intake and clinical operations across assigned programs, including oversight of service authorizations, documentation review, and coordination of client access to services. This role provides clinical expertise in the intake process, including completing assessments and supporting service initiation, while partnering with clinical and operational teams to ensure timely, compliant, and effective service delivery. The Intake Coordinator II may also provide mentorship, clinical support, and guidance to team members. Responsibilities may vary based on program, state requirements, and business needs.

State-Specific Requirements:
Alabama:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of AL.
Florida:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
Preferred to have one of the following credentials in the state of Florida:
Registered Intern (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Mississippi:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of MS.
North Carolina:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
Must hold associate license as a LCSWA or LCMHCA in the state of NC.
Ohio:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
Must hold one of the following current professional licenses in the state of OH:
LSW, LISW, LPC, LMFT, or LPCC.
South Carolina:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
Must hold license as a LMSW, LMFT, or LPCA in the state of SC.
Tennessee:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of TN.
Virginia:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
Must be a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in the state of VA.
