Overview

Georgia Hope

Some careers are just jobs. This one is different. At Georgia HOPE, the work you do every day creates meaningful change for children, families, and individuals who need it most.

We're a Georgia-based behavioral health provider on a mission to instill hope, empower lives, and strengthen communities. Our team specializes in supporting individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges—often those who have experienced trauma, instability, or significant life stressors. We deliver services directly in the homes, schools, and communities where our clients live and grow, because real progress happens when care is personalized, strengths-focused, and meets people where they are.

As part of the Health Connect America family—a COA-accredited organization serving children, families, and adults across nine states—you'll have the resources, support, and professional development of a larger organization, paired with the close-knit, mission-focused culture that defines our work.

If you’re looking for a career where your impact is visible, your growth is supported, and your work truly matters, you’ll find it here.

Responsibilities

If you're someone who believes that great client care depends on strong support behind the scenes, this role was built for you.

As a Program Support Administrator at Health Connect America, you'll provide critical administrative, operational, and program support that helps teams deliver high-quality services to children, families, and communities. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to service will help ensure programs run efficiently, remain compliant, and continue making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

As a Program Support Administrator, you'll serve as a key resource for program staff, leadership, clients, and community partners. Day to day, you can expect to:

  • Provide administrative and office support by serving as a point of contact for clients and staff, coordinating communications, managing office operations, and supporting meetings, trainings, and special events
  • Maintain accurate records and data systems by entering information into electronic health records and other platforms, generating reports, managing filing systems, and supporting quality assurance activities
  • Assist with onboarding and human resources processes, including background screenings, personnel file maintenance, compliance tracking, orientation coordination, and training documentation
  • Support program operations by preparing intake materials, monitoring electronic health records, tracking authorizations, coordinating Medication Management activities, and assisting with surveys and compliance initiatives
  • Provide foster care and licensing support, including coordinating foster parent orientations, maintaining licensing documentation, tracking requirements, and supporting regulatory compliance activities
  • Assist with billing, payroll preparation, insurance verification, claims resolution, accounts payable functions, and other administrative financial processes as assigned

What to Expect

This is a fast-paced, multifaceted role that combines office administration, program support, data management, compliance monitoring, and customer service. You'll work closely with Program Directors, clinicians, foster care teams, office staff, and community partners to help ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You'll play an important role in supporting both client services and internal operations, making you an essential contributor to the success of the programs you support.
