Responsibilities

If you're someone who believes that exceptional client care starts with exceptional operational support, this role was built for you.

As an Office Manager at Health Connect America, you'll serve as the heartbeat of your regional office, ensuring administrative, billing, and operational processes run smoothly while creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, employees, and community partners. As the face of the office, you'll play a critical role in supporting our mission and helping teams deliver high-quality services to the families we serve.

What You'll Do

As an Office Manager, you'll provide leadership and oversight for office operations while supporting program staff, clients, and regional leadership. Day to day, you can expect to:

  • Serve as the primary administrative resource for the region by managing office operations, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, visitors, applicants, and employees while handling inquiries, correspondence, phone calls, and office communications
  • Manage employee onboarding, personnel file compliance, background screenings, credential tracking, and HR-related administrative processes to ensure adherence to organizational standards
  • Oversee office-level billing functions, insurance verification, claim resolution, payroll support, and Electronic Health Record accuracy to support efficient revenue cycle operations
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, coordinate meetings and events, support quality assurance activities, and assist with chart audits, surveys, and compliance monitoring
  • Train, supervise, and support administrative staff while serving as a trusted resource for program leadership and direct service providers

What to Expect

This is a dynamic role that combines administrative leadership, operational support, billing coordination, and customer service. You'll work closely with Program Directors, clinicians, administrative staff, and corporate partners to ensure the region operates efficiently and remains compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Success in this position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the teams who provide life-changing services to children and families every day.

As Health Connect America's regional ambassador, you'll help create a positive office culture while ensuring clients and staff receive responsive, respectful, and solution-focused support.
